When you book your move with our office, your appointment will be scheduled within a 3-hour arrival window. We offer different time slots to accommodate customer needs, and the crew will always give a courtesy call when they are on the way.
Do I have to be there during the move?
Yes, you do need to be present on moving day. If you must leave during the moving process, you may choose another responsible adult to take your place during the move.
What happens if I am not happy with the furniture placement in my home?
No problem. Sometimes furniture arrangement changes once everything is inside the home. Just let the movers know and they can rearrange items until you are satisfied with the placement.
